HOUSE Return and Refund Policy

How can I return/exchange my order?

If your order is damaged in transit or simply does not meet your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund as long as you email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction. You may also return items to the store within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

How to return my order?

After sending HOUSE an email and receiving confirmation of return, please pack your item in the package sent to you. Address and send to HOUSE15143, 439 Beaver Street, Sewickley PA 15143. Postage for items sent back is paid by you. Refunds on original order amounts typically take up to 14 days to process through PayPal or SWIPE. If you want an exchange, be sure to include that in email. Once your item is received and processed, we’ll get the replacement item out (postage paid by us) with an email confirmation as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order once placed, please contact us immediately as we are unable to change the status of your order once it left our store for shipping.

Custom Art + Special Orders

All HOUSE15143 Custom Art orders and Special Furniture orders are sold as Final Sale unless damaged during Shipping or if there is a typographic error made during the design process.

Vintage Purchases

Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
